Stamford Quarter involved the multi-phased redevelopment of Altrincham town centre and required strategic sequenced relocating of existing tenants to ensure the viability and sustainability of Altrincham's retail core remained intact.
The development encompassed large parking facilities and required management security to be interlinked to town-wide security systems.
DSSR has now been involved in Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Stamford Quarter redevelopment, responsible for full design of mechanical, electrical and public health services.
