DSSR worked on the services design for multiple retail units at the new Robroyston Retail Park in North Glasgow, including full services and fit-out for a new Homebase store, which opened in 2007. The £10m development totals 140,000 sq ft and has become a major catalyst for regeneration in the Robroyston area.

DSSR was responsible for site infrastructure works, including P.U. diversions and all new installations, procured on a multi-utility contract basis. Retail units included service pods. DSSR also undertook fire protection and sprinkler systems as part of the contract.
