Ashton Moss Retail Park incorporates 60,000 sq m of leisure development, 80,000 sq m of warehouse and distribution space and 50,000 sq m of retail. The leisure park comprises a 14-screen multiplex cinema, a bowling alley and family entertainment centre as well as numerous restaurants. There are currently plans to expand the development with a new 124-room 'Village' hotel with health and fitness centre.
As well as providing the full design for all mechanical and electrical services, DSSR was responsible for utility site infrastructure works including street lighting and CCTV security.
