Now regarded as one of London's most prestigious addresses, the high-end residential scheme of St. Mary's Place in Kensington Green, West London, is part new-build and part refurbishment of historic early-19th century Georgian townhouses. The development comprises 132 residential units arranged into seven apartment blocks, four townhouses and one villa, all within a secure landscaped site with private underground parking.
Norman Dawbarn architects, now part of Capita, undertook concept design work and John Robertson & Associates carried the project through to detailed design.
DSSR was responsible for all electrical, mechanical, public health and lift engineering services including central pressurised water systems, site-wide security, standby power generation and site services infrastructure.
