ELEMENT APARTMENTS

Sitting on the shores of the Firth of Forth, the Element Apartments building has been designed to respond to its dramatic waterfront site. The aptly-named building blends in to its natural surroundings, picking up on the 'element' themes of earth, air and, most importantly, water. Floor to ceiling windows make full use of natural daylight and the stunning views across the water, helping to draw the qualities of the site into the building and blur the definition between inside and out.

The 16-storey development consists of 275 properties, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses, each with access to secure underground parking. All properties offer a flexible and spacious layout – living areas boast large open plan spaces finished with polished wooden floors and light natural colours – and offer uninterrupted views across the water to the Fife coast. The expansive views also take in Edinburgh Castle, Arthur's Seat and the Scott Monument.

Leith Docks is fast becoming one of the most popular places to live in Edinburgh.
