As part of its expanding business model, Tesco Personal Finance, the financial arm of Tesco, has acquired a new building in Edinburgh that will become the company's global headquarters and will see the recruitment of an additional 200 members of staff.

DSSR worked on the £5m fit-out which, along with conversion work to the existing building, featured the installation of a 350KVA generator, UPS PU-BM to the comms area, telepresence (CBCO) suite and underfloor busbar & IT cabling.

The building at InterPoint, near Haymarket, has achieved a high BREEAM rating for the fit out of an existing building.
