Dixon House is a refurbishment and extension to an existing 5 storey office building located in central London.
The overall project scope includes the demolition of the 5th floor and the central core of the building and then the addition of a new 5th and 6th floor and core while maintaining the existing façade. The completed building area will be approximately 4,400 m2 net area over 6 floors.
The demolition of the building includes all existing services with only the incoming service tie-in points remaining.
The project is a seeking a BREEAM rating of "Very Good"
