The site forms part of the Redcliffe conservation area and provides 37,000 sq m office space, 384 residential units, 2,800 sq m of leisure, bar and restaurant facilities, a micro-brewery and 5,400 sq m of retail space including retained Grade II listed building and commercial buildings creating a vibrant blend of old and new architecture. The medieval street layout has been reinstated and a truly mixed-use environment has been created.
Phase 1 site construction work began in summer 2005, with the residential completion in November 2011.
