DSSR was services engineer for Fullerton Computer Industries' new computer assembly facility in Irvine, which employs 700 people. The production warehouse incorporates goods-in, goods-out and assembly space as well as two storeys of office space and support accommodation. Production and office staff are connected by an amenity 'street', naturally lit from above by a series of rooflights.

DSSR undertook full design of M&E systems for two-stage design & build procurement. Specialist installations included sprinkler protection and process hook-ups.
