DSSR has worked on various developments for Portal Holdings within Cambuslang Investment Park, including the purpose-built facility for Scottish Power, designed by architects 3D Reid. Simplicity and clarity were key principles behind the design and delivery of the project, which includes 30,000 sq ft of office space and 50,000 sq ft of warehousing.

Other projects worked on include a 50,000 sq ft facility for Spicers and a 20,000 sq ft speculative warehouse development.
