Graduating as a mechanical engineer, Terry joined the practice from Imperial College in 1973 and progressed to become an Equity Partner in 1990. He has been responsible for the design, specification and contract supervision of many major mechanical and multi-service projects throughout the UK and Middle East. His experience includes the design of services for the public and private sector including offices, hotels, airports, universities and various hospital and healthcare facilities.
Terry is skilled in managing and directing project teams, communicating with the client and external project teams and ensuring the timely delivery of a high quality service. He has been responsible as a Project Partner for a number of fast track major projects and has directed teams both in the UK and overseas.
One of Terry's roles within the firm is Management Partner for the London office, responsible for the financial performance of the office and the co-ordination of resources. As a member of the firm's Management Group, Terry has a responsibility to continually improve management and operational processes and implement 'Best Practice'.
