Description
Elphinstone Place is a 39 storey high £120 million residential, office, leisure and retail development, which will be located on a 1.4 acre site in Glasgow. It consists of 150,000 sq ft Grade-A office accommodation, 208 luxury apartments, leisure facilities and pool, retail space and 263 car parking spaces. It is a unique ‘tear-drop’ design and will be the tallest building in Scotland, standing at 134 metres high. Completion date 2008.
