Heathrow Terminal 5, Arora Sofitel Hotel

Description
The development is a 4-storey hotel building with a basement being constructed to the west of the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport. The building will comprise seven blocks of hotel bedrooms running east to west which are linked by an atrium. The hotel will include restaurants and bars, a conference centre to accommodate 1000 people, health club and 600 hotel bedrooms in total.

MetroCentre’s sole M&E Consultant.  Condition survey for Capital Shopping Centres purchase of Centre.  Feasibility studies for a range of redevelopment options.  Employers M&E Consultant for £64m Extension (including Debenhams 28 new shop units, 1,100 space multi-storey car park and transport interchange).  Extension/Separation/Amalgamation of numerous units, Mall upgrades and refurbishment, Roll Out Programme of “State of the Art” Toilets, Extension of Centre’s Data Control Room, Tenant Control, Replacement / upgrade of Mall PA/VA equipment, Refurbishment of themed areas.

Radisson Hotel, Stansted Airport

Description
New 500-bedroom 4-star plus business hotel with associated conferencing, banqueting facilities, health club, restaurants and public house adjacent to the main passenger terminal at Stansted Airport. The development is being built in two phases – phase 1 comprises 350 bedrooms and 150 car parking spaces and phase 2 increases the accommodation to 500 bedrooms and 215 car parking spaces.
