Description
New residential development comprising 3no. 5-storey buildings of one and two bedroom apartments. Edlesborough (28 apartments), Asheridge (25 apartments) and  Buckingham (20 apartments) - all have video/entry systems, and either ground floor or basement parking. The scheme involves the redevelopment of a former paper mill / Thames Water sewage site over approx. 48 acres in High Wycombe. The development comprises 400-450 residential units with retail, leisure and community facilities being constructed over two phases.
